Luna Catini is an accomplished integrated marketing professional with over a decade of experience in strategic and insight-driven marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications at GroupM's Wavemaker, she leads the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
Luna has held various positions at reputable companies on the media industry's publishing and ad-tech side, building strategic marketing roadmaps for many facets of their business, resulting in significant revenue growth.
A graduate of Bard College, Luna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology.

ELIZABETH NEUBAUER-DONOVAN

Elizabeth Donovan is a dynamic and visionary media executive with deep expertise in sales leadership, omnichannel strategy, marketing innovation, and data-driven advertising solutions. As SVP, Global Head of Retail & Commerce Media Networks at Acxiom/IPG, she spearheads global strategy, revenue acceleration, technology innovation, and activation for a growing portfolio of media networks. Strategic consulting expert for monetization for brands across retail, hospitality, finance, and beyond.
Elizabeth is widely recognized for launching and scaling transformative media network businesses. Most notably, she architected and led the successful launch of the Marriott Media Network—the industry’s first hospitality media network—where she built a multi-functional organization from the ground up, overseeing ad revenue, operations, go-to-market execution, and technology infrastructure. Her impact reshaped how hospitality brands engage travelers through meaningful, data-enriched advertising experiences.
Prior to Marriott, Elizabeth spent nearly a decade at AccuWeather, where she drove top-line growth through strategic enterprise partnerships, advanced first-party data solutions, and multi-platform monetization across digital, mobile, OOH and emerging channels. Her ability to integrate business strategy with technology and talent development has consistently delivered results at scale.
A sought-after speaker, panelist, and thought leader, Elizabeth is passionate about unlocking potential—whether in emerging technologies or in people. She actively mentors rising talent, serves on advisory boards, and co-hosts the podcast Unlocked with Austin & Elizabeth, which explores leadership, innovation, and the evolving future of media networks.
Outside of work, she is a devoted mother, avid traveler, and gardener who finds joy in nurturing both ideas and community.

Anne OBrien
Black Health Matters
Anne O’Brien is a passionate supporter of underserved communities and those proactively looking for information, insights and connection. She is a veteran AWM board member, having served as President, Program Chair and now Treasurer for the past decade. Anne also serves on the team at Black Health Matters in Partnership Development. She combines her personal passion and media expertise to drive value and impact.
Anne’s career in media began with positions at full-service ad agencies working across a variety of business categories from airlines and autos to quick service restaurants and consumer packaged goods. A little stint working on Alka Seltzer, and a wide array of media types proved the perfect experience for a move client side to Johnson & Johnson.
After building her health care experience, Anne shifted her career from buying media to selling at HealthCentral Corporation as VP of Strategic Solutions. She built collaborative partnerships and developed strategic patient marketing solutions with many health care partners. Anne also worked in business development at Health Union.

Beth Hoff
National Cinemedia
Beth Hoff is currently VP, Client Partnerships at National Cinemedia. In this role she focuses on business development as well as engaging with senior clients and developing strategic partnerships.
Beth has diverse work experience in the media industry. She began her career at Corinthian Media and then went to Zenithmedia as an Account Director. After 4 years on the agency side, she knew she wanted to make the jump to the sales world. She spent 10 years at ESPN/ ABC Sports in a variety of positions including VP of Multi Media Sales, where she managed a sales team responsible for driving multimillion-dollar revenue across various platforms. In 2006, she was recruited to join National CineMedia (NCM) as the SVP of East Coast Sales, responsible for managing and mentoring a team of account executives and sales support.
A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, Hoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics and Marketing.

Alison Yobage
EDO
Alison is a Vice President of Media Partnerships at EDO, working with broadcast and cable networks, streaming platforms and advertising technology partners, and their agency and brand clients to drive utilization of EDO data and advanced TV campaign optimization solutions.
Her passion for television and advertising dates back to the first time she realized she could stay up late if she expressed an interest in her Dad’s work. He wrote TV commercials and they aired in Primetime, well after the usual bedtime of a six-year-old. She became hooked on TV and advertising, attending countless shoots with her father. The passion continues unabated as an adult, via previous advertising sales roles at ESPN/ABC Sports in both New York and Chicago, a global ad sales role at CNBC, and at Discovery Communications. Following Discovery, she joined the Business Development team at clypd, which was acquired by AT&T's Xandr.
Alison graduated from Dartmouth College and has an MBA in Media and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management.

Laide is a strategic marketer with over a decade of experience partnering with iconic brands, including Google, Coca-Cola, the NFL, and Dove. Along the way, she discovered a deep passion for brand storytelling and human connection, which led her into the world of influencer marketing. Today, as a Freelance Influencer Marketing Consultant, Laide is both a creator and brand champion, pairing both to create the perfect match.

Emily Eldredge
Microsoft
Emily is currently a Senior Business Development Manager at Microsoft where within CSO Gaming she works on content licensing for the Microsoft Store on Xbox and Windows. This involves negotiating agreements and managing partnerships across movies & tv studios, app developers, and PC casual games. Previously she worked at Viacom/ViacomCBS covering distribution agreements across digital and linear platforms, including the B2B2C channels. She started her career in Business Affairs at NBCUniversal for the lifestyle portfolio of networks.
Emily joined the Alliance for Women in Media: NYC Affiliate in 2015 after being a scholarship recipient. She has always been interested in personal and professional development, seeing the value in every connection she makes. She became president in 2020 and has enjoyed working with the organization to develop compelling programming to foster career development opportunities for women.
Emily graduated Summa Cum Laude from the honors college at Hofstra University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Video/Television and Business. She also volunteers with City Tutors.

Kanene Holder

Kanene Ayo Holder is a renowned AI ethics, future of work and inclusive marketing strategist with three National Endowment for the Humanities fellowships and a certificate from MIT in Applied Generative AI for Digital Transformation. As a consultant, she facilitates transformational learning experiences for corporations, schools and nonprofits. She has advised companies including Shutterstock, The American Red Cross and MAGNA Global on equity and effective inclusive technology innovation. Her research has earned her awards from the Colin Powell Fellowship, Coro Educational Leadership Collaborative, Yale’s THREAD Fellowship for New Media and Non Fiction Storytelling, Columbia University’s Community Scholars and more. She has presented at Columbia University, NYU, SXSW and more.
As Create Labs Ventures’ AI Integrations Manager of DEIGPT, Kanene empowers individuals and companies to develop effective, responsible AI strategies. She has delivered keynotes at industry-leading events, including Carat's Innovation Summit: The Future With AI and ADWEEK for The Female Quotient. Kanene's company, FutureFixer.AI, helps companies drive innovation by leveraging insights to inspire AI design and implementation.
Kanene is also the Brand Evangelist for 614 Group’s Brand Safety Summit focused on best practices for the social media, advertising and adtech industry regarding brand safety, digital safety, responsible AI and inclusion.
Recently, she launched “Data is DNA” at Columbia University, a townhall about AI, algorithms and our humanity. She is presenting on inclusive AI at Essence Festival in July, producing an AI Prompt Battle event at the Kennedy Center on 8/1, and will present at Fast Company’s Innovation Summit 9/17. Kanene believes the future is more diverse, inclusive and exciting if you stay agile and aware.
Kanene is also an award winning comedian. She has produced off broadway satires at venues including The Public Theater’s Joe’s Pub, Brooklyn Museum, Columbia University and Bard College. She has received awards from Puffin Foundation, Awesome Foundation, Franklin Furnace and others.

Passionate about community and connection, Tessa is an active member of the Alliance for Women in Media NYC’s Social Committee, where she helps foster inclusive networking opportunities and empowers women across the industry.

Celeste Millan

Celeste (Roman) Millan is currently Senior Director, Ad Sales at National Cinemedia. With over 15 years of media experience, Celeste’s media career began on the agency side where she remained for nearly 7 years across UM, Initiative and Zenith Media activating campaigns for Entertainment, CPG and QSR accounts. She made the switch to advertising sales in 2014 and spent the last decade cultivating client and agency relationships, while expanding her traditional TV expertise, to digital, convergent TV, OOH and Cinema. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of NYIT, Celeste holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising.
