Modern work is ever more demanding, often outstripping an employee’s ability to keep pace, let alone grow from the challenges they face. The make-or-break skill today’s employees need the most is resilience – a foundational skill that makes all other skills easier to master.

Together we’ll examine the definition and determinants of resilience and look at powerful ways to build resilience, shifting out of surviving to thriving. We’ll also examine the causes and impact of burnout and explore some strategies to help avoid it from happening in the first place. And no discussion of resilience and burnout would be complete without exploring what it takes to adopt a winning mindset everyday.

"The pace of change will never be as slow as it is today” (Mathew Bishop@mattbish), so let’s arm ourselves with the tools necessary to thrive in this ever-changing, always exciting industry.
