Catherine Dionne Henry is founder and head of Palpable Media, an Emerging Tech Marketing firm delivering cutting-edge interactive and immersive advertising, branded content, events and social media campaigns. At Palpable Media she helps companies navigate a wealth of new technologies  to deliver innovative, engaging and effective business solutions. Her work spans from major retailers to national arts organizations, airlines and finance. 

Ms. Henry holds a Masters in Marketing from the SDA Bocconi School of Management, and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of International Studies (SAIS).  She has completed post-graduate work in VR, Immersive and Interactive Media at the NY Film Academy and Social & Digital Media a the New School in New York.   She is a former account lead at WPP group and Euromoney Institutional Investor Conferences and tech specialist at Sustainable Asset Management.

Based in New York and London, she speaks five languages, is a frequent MarTech author and guest speaker. 

Elodie Levy is Senior Director, Digital Innovation & New Products at COTY, and assumes responsibility for leading forward thinking projects involving new technologies for the COTY portfolio of brands including 72 international beauty and luxury brands. Brands include Covergirl, Sally Hansen, Gucci, Burberry, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs. She already led some major firsts in the area of augmented reality, such as “Get the Look”, also called the “Shazam of Beauty”, a game-changing technology allowing to snap any make up look and try on live.

Elodie has been an early pioneer and though-leader of digital communications in the luxury and cosmetics industry. Prior to Coty, she worked for near 15 years in Digital Marketing for some of the world's most well-known beauty and fragrances players like L’Oreal and LVMH. Passionate by innovation, business and new tech, she has a track record of launching award-winning campaigns that engage audiences and drive growth.

Elodie just moved from Paris to New York.

Helen Lin, President Digital Investment & Global Partnerships at Publicis. With over 20 years of experience in digital media and marketing, Helen now manages the digital investment and negotiations on behalf of the entire Publicis Media network, representing the group in industry-leading digital initiatives.

Prior to her role with Publicis Media Exchange, Helen served as EVP – Managing Director, Digital & Magazine Activation at Zenith for over five years, overseeing the planning, buying, integration and analysis of digital media platforms and print properties for clients including Verizon, Chase, Coty, Kohl’s, Farmers, Puma and many others.

Helen’s vision, collaboration and leadership of massive agency digital initiatives led to widespread industry recognition, including being named a 2016 Cynopsis Top Women in Digital honoree and a 2016 Adweek Media All-Star. Helen’s professional focus goes beyond client work, as she has established a reputation as an incredible mentor and role model among her teams.

Carol Rosenberg is a media executive with over 25 years of sales and management experience. She currently manages the Google relationship across Publicis Media Exchange in the US. She is responsible for working closely with the Publicis executive team at driving strategy and new product adoption, enhancing operations and leading upfront negotiations.

Prior to joining Google 11 years ago, Carol worked for CBS Radio, Clear Channel and Interep managing large accounts and both Local and National sales teams.


She’s a New Yorker and spent 4 great years at the University of Michigan.  When she’s not navigating all the complexities of Google, you can find her volunteer teaching at a Harlem Middle school, coaching girls softball and spending lots of quality time with her 9 year old daughter.

Panel Moderator Jane Lacher

Jane specializes in identifying the innovations that create future trends and interpreting the impact of those trends for clients and consumers. Jane uses her insatiable curiosity, brand building skills and consumer first thinking to provide valuable analysis for the growth of the brands and companies she touches.

Jane is always ready for the next challenge, paradigm or puzzle to be solved.  Jane currently works at Zenith, a Publicis company.
